Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC operates this site. For privacy questions or a request concerning information you provided, contact support@fruituptil5.com. This notice describes the public website, not every feature of the separately hosted app or store.
Messages and email updates.
The contact form requests a name, email and message so Fruit Up can respond. The message goes to the Fruit Up support inbox through our email provider. We also record your name and email in our private Fruit Up CRM as a contact lead for follow-up; the message itself is not copied into CRM. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private health information.
The contact form has one optional marketing checkbox. You can send a question with it unchecked. If you check it, we record your request, the consent wording, source and time, and ask you to confirm by email before marketing begins. Sending a question alone does not subscribe you. Email updates are also available through the separate Fruit Up signup page. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Neither choice creates an account, grants guide access or enrolls you in a paid program.
Website accounts and My Library.
When website accounts open, My Library will use Netlify Identity for email/password sign-in, email confirmation, account recovery and sign-out. This website account is separate from the Fruit Up app. We do not import app profiles or private community records.
Your account stores your login email and verification information. The optional profile contains a display name, interests and saved free-resource identifiers. These help you return to resources; they do not buy a program, grant a paid membership or subscribe you to marketing email. Other members cannot view your profile. Authorized website administrators and our service provider can manage account records for support and operation.
Netlify manages passwords and sessions. We do not copy passwords into website profile fields or CRM. Do not enter sensitive health information. Profile information remains with the account until an authorized deletion; contact support@fruituptil5.com for account help or deletion requests. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
Analytics and the assistant.
This site uses Metricool website analytics. Its loader skips tracking when your browser exposes Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and on My Library and account callback pages. Hosting and service providers may also process request and security logs.
The optional assistant sends your question to the site's server and its AI provider, OpenAI, to generate an answer. The website chat service does not store conversation history on its server; provider processing is subject to the provider's own policies. Avoid sensitive personal information. Answers can be incorrect.
External services.
Opening or playing a YouTube video uses YouTube. Product images and checkout use Printify. Guest access, email signup and challenge enrollment open the Fruit Up app, where their own notices and terms apply. We do not collect card details directly on these public pages.
Social links open external platforms. Private Facebook group posts are not displayed here. See the privacy policies of Metricool, Google/YouTube, Printify and OpenAI for provider information.
Independent website trustmark.
We use TrustedSite to check our public website and display its trustmark when eligible. Its code uses cookies or browser storage to count visits and may process IP addresses, browser details and page information. Our loader skips My Library, account callback pages and browsers exposing Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. We do not connect our CRM or member records to TrustedSite. See TrustedSite’s privacy policy. The trustmark describes the provider’s checks; it is not a guarantee that a website is free of every vulnerability.
